Initial Coin Offering

Initial Coin Offering (ICO) or initial currency offering is a way for a company, startup or individual to raise money by crowdfunding for a blockchain-based project they are developing.

Investors are invited to assist the project by purchasing coins or tokens that they will use in the future after the project’s idea is developed and ready to use.

This type of crowdfunding – ICO is currently still in its early stages, but it definitely revolutionizes and disrupt the traditional VC industry. Startups are given an opportunity to present their idea and publicly attract investors.

Initial Coin Offering emerged as a term with the first token sale of Mastercoin back in 2013, and later Ethereum raised money with a token sale in 2014.

Nowadays its really popular, and looks fairly easy, to raise money trough ICO, but there is a lot to be considered and taken note of before taking this road

We provide development services for Initial Coin Offerings. If you have the next big idea – drop us a line and schedule a FREE consultation to discuss the potential benefits and virtues of ICO and validate your idea!
